Taking vitamin D supplements or getting exposed to the sun often may help chronic fatigue syndrome, according to a new study in International Journal for Vitamin and Nutrition Research. S. Berkovitz of University College London Hospitals NHS Trust in London, UK and colleagues conducted the study and found on average, patients with chronic fatigue syndrome had lower serum vitamin D levels, compared to people in the general population.
